OMESF1050 Fibreglass Welding Blanket
1.0 x 50m roll (HT800)
HT800 – fibreglass blanket is used widely as a welding blanket and an insulation fabric to protect sensitive applications.
Material is treated with a satin weave pattern, designed for heat dispersion and protection against sparks.
Temperature rating is 550ºC.
Not for exposure to naked flame.
Comply to Australian Standard AS-3504
High Silica Fabric for Higher Temperature Range Protection
SLF84 and SLF88 are High Silica Fabric, which have the qualities of high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation.
Due to its low thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, it is widely used in high temperature electrical insulation and other hazardous fields.
Maximum working temperature is up to 1600℃ and at 1000℃ and can be used continuously for long periods and performance is consistently high.
The fabrics are suitable for industrial sectors including metallurgy, rockets, aircraft, shipbuilding, automotive, nuclear power, and machinery, anti-thermal ablation material for missiles and spacecraft.
As a high temperature welding blanket, and screens both thermal and mechanical increases the operational safety of industrial facilities and protection of equipment.
